At Compass Human Services, we offer programs to help our participants discover their vocational and educational interests by exploring their community with the support of our exceptional Vocational Specialists. The men and women that choose to participate in our programs here at Compass Human Services will learn the skills necessary to obtain, as well as maintain employment. We tailor each day to fit the needs of the people we serve in order to help them create a better future for themselves and others. Services include:

About Compass Human Services
Compass Human Services has over a decade of experience serving adults with developmental disabilities. Over the years working for non profits in Sonoma county, the owners Richie and Mike have developed a strong foundation with the people we serve everyday as well as the local businesses that employ the people we serve. After being employed with some of the largest non profits in Sonoma County, we have discovered that large organizations come with large caseloads which make it difficult to serve the clients to our full potential. Here at Compass Human Services, we believe in keeping our caseloads small and manageable so that each individual we serve gets the attention and service they deserve.
